Very good value, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

I'll start by saying that the hotel has an excellent location - perfect for exploring all the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Probably the best aspect about this hotel was the laptop in the room (why other hotels do not offer this in this day and age is a mystery). However...the internet connection is very slow. Staff were relatively helpful and friendly, however we received some bad transport advice on the last day which nearly caused us to miss a train...Overall its a pretty safe bet for your stay in Seville.

Ok, what I didn't like: Size of the rooms is very small (but i'll admit I knew that beforehand). Other people commented on the bathroom door. I will say this: If you are the designer of that door reading this than you should be congratulated for designing the most useless and ridiculous door ever. Its like the hotel blew all their money on the shower and then realised they forgot the bathroom door... Noise can be also be an issue - all depends on your neighbours, some construction noise also but was not that bad. Breakfast should be included in the price, hotel cannot compete with the local competition at the prices they charge per person.

In such bicycle friendly city like Seville a free bike provided by the hotel is like a godsend! Well done!

Personally, I would say that this hotel is quite well-situated ,indeed it is within walking distance to the main sights of Sevilla. The staff are very helpful/excellent breakfast buffet/cleanliness of the bedrooms/

I do think the rooms are too small!There are two categories of double rooms for the same price and so, when booking it is advisable to make sure the room is big enough...Another negative point is the smallness of the bathroom and the fact that it is not really separated(only thin glass partition) from the bedroom. We asked to change rooms after one night because of foul smell in the toilets, which was possible because February is not too busy ... The 2nd bedroom was on the 3rd floor and that was much better and quieter too. Finally, I would also like to say that the quality of sound insulation is quite poor...to sum it up, I will not stay at the same hotel if I go back to Sevilla, which is really worth visiting!

Very good value for money. Good location. Only issue I had was with the glass bathroom door that didn't close properly.. Not a lot of privacy when travelling with family.

The carpet tiles in both the hallways and the bedrooms were stained : This is not a big issue and was only noticed by us as it featured in reviews which we read before booking ..... so clean the carpet !!!

Very helpfull staff, room slightly small but still good value for money and excellent location. Plus very good choice of braekfast and everything functioning in the room.

The only thing that slightly spoiled it was that we were charged for the minibar twice. Having said that the itemised bill was presented to us when we checked out and we fail to spot the mistake there and then. I am sure that it would have been rectified if we had said something at the desk. We all make mistakes.
